Walking
If you are starting from the downtown area of Dubuque, head east on 15th Street towards the Mississippi River. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Central Avenue, then turn right. Follow Central Avenue as it curves into 9th Street. Continue on 9th Street until you reach the intersection with University Avenue. Turn left onto University Avenue and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Bellevue Heights Road. Turn right onto Bellevue Heights Road and follow it for approximately 1.5 miles. The EB Lyons Interpretive Center will be on your left at 8991 Bellevue Heights Rd.
