Look for signs indicating Lost Island Lake, and then turn west onto 320th Street. Follow this road for about 2 miles until you reach the lake. There is free parking available on-site.

From the Estherville bus station, you may need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to reach Lost Island Lake, as it's about 12 miles away.
