    If you are driving from the center of Lake Okoboji, start by heading north on Highway 71. Continue on Highway 71 until you reach the intersection with 240th Street. Turn right onto 240th Street and follow it for about 3 miles. After 3 miles, take a left onto 260th Avenue. Elinor Bedell State Park will be on your right at 1619 260th Ave, Spirit Lake, IA 51360. There is no entrance fee for the park.
