If you're traveling by car within Lake Okoboji, head towards Spirit Lake. From the center of Lake Okoboji, take IA-86 N towards Spirit Lake. Continue straight for about 5 miles. When you reach the intersection with Hill Ave, turn left. Continue on Hill Ave for about 1 mile, and you will see Isthmus Park on your right at 116 Hill Ave, Spirit Lake, IA 51360. There is free parking available near the park.

If you prefer public transportation, check for local bus services that operate between Lake Okoboji and Spirit Lake. You can catch a bus at designated stops in Lake Okoboji that head towards Spirit Lake. Once you arrive in Spirit Lake, ask the bus driver to drop you off at Hill Ave. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to Isthmus Park. Walk south on Hill Ave, and you'll find the park at 116 Hill Ave on the right. Be sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time for operating hours and any potential costs.
