    To reach Boston University from the center of Newton, start by heading east on 1st Avenue towards the intersection with 10th Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and follow it for about 0.5 miles. After crossing the bridge, you'll reach the bus stop for the D-Line at the Newton Centre Station. From there, take the train towards Government Center. Get off at Kenmore Station. Once you exit the station, head west on Commonwealth Avenue, and you will arrive at Boston University in approximately 10 minutes.

    Begin your journey at the nearest bus stop in Newton. Board the #20 bus towards the Newton Highlands. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the Newton Highlands Station. Transfer to the Green Line 'D' train towards Government Center. Ride for about 25 minutes and disembark at Kenmore Station. Exit the station and walk west for about 10 minutes on Commonwealth Avenue to reach Boston University.
