If you're starting from downtown Ottumwa, head east on East Main Street. Continue straight for about half a mile until you reach the intersection with North Jefferson Street. Turn left onto North Jefferson Street and walk straight for about a quarter of a mile. Jefferson Park will be on your right side, just past the Ottumwa Public Library.

From the Ottumwa Amtrak Station, exit the station and head north on North Market Street. After about 0.3 miles, turn right onto East Main Street and continue east for about 0.5 miles. Turn left onto North Jefferson Street, and after a short walk, Jefferson Park will be on your right.

If you have a bike, you can start from the Central Park in downtown Ottumwa. Head east along the designated bike paths towards East Main Street. Once you hit East Main Street, turn left and continue for about half a mile. Turn left on North Jefferson Street, and Jefferson Park will be on your right after a short distance.
