Walking
If you are near the center of Amara, head north towards the main street, Al-Ma'moon Street. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Al-Qadisiyah Street. Turn right onto Al-Qadisiyah Street and walk straight for approximately 700 meters. Look for the large green park area on your left side; this is متنزه الخضراء.
Public Transport
Find a local bus or shared taxi heading towards the Al-Qadisiyah neighborhood. Once you board, inform the driver that you want to go to متنزه الخضراء. The ride should take about 15 minutes. Get off at the nearest stop to the park, and from there, it's just a short walk of about 300 meters to the entrance of متنزه الخضراء.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the city center and cycle north along Al-Ma'moon Street. Continue for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Al-Qadisiyah Street. Turn right and cycle for about 700 meters until you see متنزه الخضراء on your left. There may be bicycle racks available near the entrance.
