If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Hawler (Erbil). Head southwest on 60th Street, continue for about 3 kilometers. When you reach the intersection with Barzani Namir Street, turn left. Continue straight for another 1 kilometer until you see City Center Park on your right. There is parking available around the park, though it may be limited during peak hours.
