Walking
From Erbil Citadel, head south on 60m Street towards Qasr Street. Once you reach Qasr Street, turn left and continue for about 1 km. You'll pass several shops and cafes along the way. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Gulan Street. Turn right onto Gulan Street and continue for another 500 meters. Gulan Park will be on your left, marked by a large entrance.
Public Transport
From Erbil Citadel, walk to the nearest bus stop on 60m Street. Look for a bus heading towards Gulan Street. Board the bus and pay the fare (usually around 500 IQD). Stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Disembark at the Gulan Street stop. Once you get off, walk about 200 meters down Gulan Street and Gulan Park will be on your left.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Erbil. You can hail a taxi from most major roads or find them at taxi stands. A ride to Gulan Park from the city center, such as from Erbil Citadel, typically costs between 3,000 to 7,000 IQD, depending on the distance and traffic. Ensure the driver knows the destination. Ride-hailing apps like Careem are also available in Erbil.
