Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from the center of Kalar, head south on the main road, which is known as the Kalar-Sulaymaniyah Road. Continue straight for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach a roundabout. Take the first exit at the roundabout, and continue for another 1 kilometer. You will see the sign for Kalar Gazeno on your left. There is parking available near the entrance.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Kalar Gazeno using public transportation, find a local taxi or shared minibus that travels towards Sulaymaniyah. You can catch these from the main bus station in Kalar. Inform the driver that you want to be dropped off at Kalar Gazeno, which is a well-known destination. The fare is usually around 500-1000 IQD. Once you arrive, the attraction is a short walk from where you are dropped off.

• Walking

  If you are already in Kalar and prefer to walk, head towards the main market area and follow the main road leading out of town to the south. It’s about a 30-minute walk (approximately 2.5 kilometers). Once you reach the roundabout, take the first exit and Kalar Gazeno will be visible on your left. Ensure you have comfortable walking shoes, as the path may be uneven in places.
