Al-Mudrjat Park: A Green Oasis in Mosul

Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the center of Mosul, head west towards Al-Nuri Mosque. Once you arrive at the mosque, continue walking down Al-Nuri Street until you reach the intersection with Al-Mahdi Street. Turn left onto Al-Mahdi Street and walk straight until you see the sign for متنزه المدرجات. The park is located on Unnamed Road, just off Al-Mahdi Street. Follow the road until you reach the park entrance.

• Public Transport

  From the central bus station in Mosul, take a local bus heading towards the Left Coast area. Make sure to inform the driver or conductor that you want to go to متنزه المدرجات. They will let you know when you are close. Get off at the nearest stop to Unnamed Road. From there, it is a short walk to the park entrance. Look for signs that direct you towards متنزه المدرجات. A single bus fare typically costs around IQD 500-1000.

• Taxi

  Taxis are readily available in Mosul. A taxi ride from the city center to Al-Mudrjat Park typically costs between IQD 3,000 to 5,000, depending on traffic and the starting location. It's advisable to negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
