Walking
If arriving in Dokan by public transport, Chami Razan Park may not be within walking distance. A short taxi ride from the town center is recommended. The park is located approximately 45 km southeast of Sulaymaniyah. From the town center, head towards the main road leading to the park. The park will be on your left.
Public Transport
From Sulaymaniyah, take a taxi to the Garaj Shimal (Northern Garage). From there, take a shared taxi or minibus to Dokan. Once in Dokan, a taxi to Chami Razan Park will be needed. Expect to pay around 1,000 IQD for the taxi. The minibus from Sulaymaniyah to Dokan costs approximately 3,000-5,000 IQD.
Car
From Sulaymaniyah, head southeast on the main highway (Duhok Road) towards Dokan. The drive is approximately 45 km and takes around 50 minutes. Follow the signs for Dokan and watch for Chami Razan on your left as you approach the area. There is no entrance fee to access the park.
