From the city center of Sulaymaniyah, start at the main square (Midan). Head north on Salim Street until you reach the junction with Azmar Street. Turn left onto Azmar Street. Continue walking straight for about 2 kilometers. You will see signs pointing towards Azmar Mountain. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will reach the base of Azmar Mountain. The path is well-marked, and you can follow the signs leading you to the summit.

Public Transportation
From the city center of Sulaymaniyah, find a local mini-bus or shared taxi that goes towards the Azmar Mountain area. Ask the driver to drop you off near Azmar Street (HFQV+P2W). The ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you get off, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer north along Azmar Street to reach the base of Azmar Mountain.
