Walking
From the city center of Sulaymaniyah, start at the main square (Shari Naw), where you can find local shops and cafes. Head northwest on Shari Naw, passing by the Sulaymaniyah Museum on your left. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Shari Tahrir. Turn left onto Shari Tahrir and walk for about 1 kilometer. You will see a sign for Goizha Mountain indicating a path leading upwards. Follow the path which will turn into a hiking trail. It may take approximately 30-45 minutes to reach the summit, depending on your pace.

Public Transport (Minibus)
From the central bus station in Sulaymaniyah, look for a minibus heading towards the Goizha area. Buses typically have designated routes, so ask the driver or locals if they go to Goizha Mountain. Once on the minibus, pay the fare (usually around 500 IQD) and enjoy the scenic ride. The bus will drop you off at the base of the mountain. From there, follow the marked trail leading up to the mountain, which should take about 30-45 minutes to hike to the top.
