Car
From Cliffs of Moher, head east on the R478 road towards Liscannor. Continue on the R478 until you reach the junction with the N67. Turn left onto the N67 and follow it for about 7 km until you reach the village of Quin. In Quin, follow the signs to Knappogue Castle, which is situated approximately 3 km from the village center. There is parking available on-site. Please note that there may be an entry fee for the castle grounds.

To reach Knappogue Castle from Cliffs of Moher using public transportation, first take the Bus Eireann Route 350 towards Ennis from the bus stop near the Cliffs Visitor Centre. After about 25 minutes, get off at the Quin stop. From there, it is approximately a 3 km walk to Knappogue Castle. Follow the signs towards Knappogue, or use a map application for walking directions. Please check the bus schedule ahead of time, as service may be limited, especially on weekends.
