If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the nearest major town, Castlebar. Head north on the N60 towards Claremorris. After approximately 10 km, take the exit onto the R320 towards Mayo Abbey. Continue on R320 for about 5 km until you reach the village of Mayo Abbey. Once in the village, follow the signs for Killeen, and after about 1 km, you will find Holy Well located on your right, next to a small parking area.
