    If traveling by car from Cavan Town, head southwest on the N3 road. Continue on the N3 for about 18 kilometers until you reach the junction for the R198. Take the exit onto R198 towards Ballinagh. Follow the R198 for approximately 3 kilometers, then turn right onto the L1514. Continue on this road for about 5 kilometers until you reach Tonymore. The Old Castle is located just off the main road on your left. Free parking is available near the site.
