From the limited parking area off the Cavan Road (N55), follow the forest trail to Flemings Folly. The walk is a short distance, approximately 0.5km, and should take around 30 minutes. The trail is easy to moderate in grade. There are no costs associated with walking to the Folly.

From Ballinagh, take the N55 Cavan Road for 1 km to Cashel Cross. Take a left and follow the L2506 towards Caughoo for 1km. The entrance to the forest trail will be on the left. Limited parking is available. There are no toll roads on this route. Parking is free.
