The castle's walled garden, restored in Victorian style, is a tranquil oasis with climbing roses, grapevines, and fig trees. The medieval banquets, held from April to October, provide a memorable evening of traditional music, song, dance, and food. Visitors can also explore the castle's interior, including the Dalcassian Hall, and learn about its rich history from the Earl's Butler. Knappogue Castle is also known for its premium single malt Irish whiskey, adding another layer to its appeal.
