If traveling by car, start on the N56 road. From Donegal Town, take the N56 northwest towards Glenties. Continue on the N56 for approximately 27 kilometers. Pass through the village of Fintown. Look for signs to Gweebarra Bridge, located just outside Kincrum. The bridge will be on the right as you approach Kincrum. There is no dedicated parking, but it is possible to pull off the road nearby.

To reach Gweebarra Bridge via public transportation, take a bus from Donegal Town to Glenties. Bus Éireann operates routes that connect these towns. From Glenties, take a taxi to Gweebarra Bridge, approximately 9 kilometers away. Taxi fare can vary, but expect to pay around €15-€20. Bus fares from Bundoran to Gweebarra Bay cost approximately €10-€15.
Walking
If you are already in Kincrum, you can walk to Gweebarra Bridge. From the center of Kincrum, head southeast on the N56 for about 2 kilometers. The bridge will be on your left side. Be cautious of traffic, as this is a busy road.
