    From Donegal Town, head west on the N56 towards Killybegs for approximately 20km. Just outside Dunkineely, turn left onto the narrow road signposted for St John's Point. Follow this road to the beach. Be aware that the roads are narrow with limited passing places. Parking is available on the grass verge near the beach. Parking is free.
