Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, you can reach Dun Laoghaire Harbour West by taking the N11 road from Dublin city center. Follow the N11 southbound until you reach the exit for Dún Laoghaire. Merge onto the R118 and continue straight until you see signs for the harbor. There is parking available near the harbor, but be aware that parking fees may apply, so check for the latest rates and payment options.

• DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit)

  For those using public transportation, take the DART train from Dublin city center. You can catch the DART from stations such as Tara Street or Pearse Station. Travel southbound towards Bray and get off at Dún Laoghaire Station. From the station, it's a short 10-minute walk to Dun Laoghaire Harbour West. When you exit the station, head down George's Street, and then turn left onto the seafront promenade which will lead you to the harbor.

• Bus

  You can also reach Dun Laoghaire Harbour West by bus. Dublin Bus routes 7, 45A, and 75 all service Dún Laoghaire. Board any of these routes in the city center (you can catch them along O'Connell Street or any major bus stop) and get off at the bus stop for Dún Laoghaire. The harbor is within a short walking distance from the bus stop, approximately 5-10 minutes away.
