Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from Dublin City Centre, head south on O'Connell Street towards the River Liffey. Cross the river using the O'Connell Bridge. Continue straight onto D'Olier Street and follow it until you reach the junction with Fleet Street. Turn right onto Fleet Street and continue until you reach the end where you'll find the Temple Bar area. From there, head south to Dame Street. Follow Dame Street until you get to the junction with George's Street. Continue straight to St. Stephen's Green. Once at the park, exit at the southern end and walk towards Merrion Square. The Oscar Wilde Monument is located in the northwest corner of Merrion Square Park, marked by a colorful sculpture of Oscar Wilde himself.
