From Eyre Square in Galway city, head to the bus station located just off the square. Look for the buses heading to Rossaveal, as this is the ferry terminal for Inishmore. The journey to Rossaveal takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Rossaveal, follow the signs to the ferry terminal, where you can catch a ferry to Inishmore. The ferry ride takes approximately 40 minutes.
