After approximately 5 km, you will see signs for Muckross House and Gardens. Continue on the same road, and shortly after passing Muckross House, you will find Muckross Abbey on your left. There is parking available near the abbey, which is free of charge.

For those using public transportation, take the Bus Éireann route 40 from Killarney to Muckross. The bus departs from Killarney's bus station and takes around 15 minutes to reach Muckross.
