    Car

    From County Kildare, head towards the M7 motorway. Take the M7 towards Dublin and merge onto the M50 motorway. Follow the M50 until you reach the N1 exit towards Dublin City Centre. Continue on the N1 and follow the signs for the Port Tunnel. After exiting the tunnel, take the first exit towards East Wall. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, then take the 2nd exit onto the North Wall Quay. Continue along the quay until you reach the junction for the South Wall, and follow signs to Poolbeg Lighthouse. There is parking available near the lighthouse.

    From any location in County Kildare, take a train to Dublin Heuston Station. From Heuston, transfer to the Luas Red Line tram at the nearby Luas stop. Travel towards the Point Village and get off at the final stop. From there, you can catch a bus (Bus Route 1 or 47) towards Poolbeg. Get off at the stop closest to the South Wall and walk towards Poolbeg Lighthouse, which is just a short distance away along the waterfront.
