Getting There

• Bus

  From Kilkenny city center, head to the Kilkenny City Bus Station. Take Bus Éireann route 833 towards Castlecomer. The bus runs several times a day, so check the schedule for departure times.   From Kilkenny, you can take a train to the nearest train station, which is in Portlaoise. First, head to Kilkenny Train Station and take a train towards Dublin. Get off at Portlaoise station. Once you arrive at Castlecomer, walk approximately 1 kilometer (about 15 minutes) to Castlecomer Discovery Park, following signs towards The Estate Yard.
