Car
If you are driving, start by heading towards Sligo town center. From the N4, take the exit toward Sligo (N4), and follow the signs for Sligo. Once in Sligo, continue on the N4 until you reach the roundabout at the junction with the R292. Take the first exit onto the R292, and continue straight until you reach a second roundabout. Take the second exit to stay on the R292. After about 1 km, turn right onto The Lungy, and Peace Park will be on your left. There is free parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Peace Park using public transportation, take a bus to Sligo town center. The main bus station is located at O'Connell Street. From there, you can either walk or take a local taxi. If walking, head towards the R292 and follow the directions outlined for drivers. It is about a 20-minute walk from the bus station to Peace Park. Alternatively, you can hire a taxi from the bus station, which will take approximately 5-10 minutes and may cost around €10.
