If you're driving, start from the town of Wicklow. Head northwest on Main Street (R750) and continue straight onto Kilmantin Hill. Follow the road for about 1 km, and you will find Wicklow Historic Gaol on your right at Kilmantin Hill, Corporation Lands, Wicklow, A67 FA49. There is parking available near the site.
Public Transportation
If you're using public transport, take a bus from Dublin to Wicklow town. Once you arrive at Wicklow Bus Station, exit the station and turn left onto Main Street (R750). Walk straight for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Kilmantin Hill. Turn right onto Kilmantin Hill, and walk for about 1 km. Wicklow Historic Gaol will be on your right at Kilmantin Hill, Corporation Lands, Wicklow, A67 FA49.
