If you're driving from Croagh Patrick, head south on the R335 towards Westport. After approximately 5 km, you will reach a junction. Take a left onto the R335 and continue for about 2 km, where you will see signs for Brackloon Woods. Turn right onto the access road leading to Brackloon Woods. There is parking available at the entrance of the woods.

From there, you can either take a taxi to Brackloon Woods, which is about a 10-minute drive, or you can walk, which will take approximately 30-40 minutes. If you choose to walk, head southwest on Castlebar Street towards the R335, turn left onto the R335, and follow the road signs to Brackloon Woods.
