Walking

From the center of Dingle, head towards the main street, Green Street. Walk straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the R559 road heading towards Ventry. Continue walking along this road for about 2.5 kilometers. You will pass by beautiful coastal views on your right. Once you reach Ventry village, look for signs directing you to Ceann Trá Beach. Follow the signs for another 1 kilometer until you reach the beach entrance.

Bicycle

If you have rented a bicycle in Dingle, start at the main square and head towards Green Street. Continue onto the R559 road towards Ventry. This route is approximately 2.5 kilometers and offers beautiful scenery along the way. Once you arrive in Ventry village, follow the signs to Ceann Trá Beach, which is about 1 kilometer further. The path is mostly flat, making it an enjoyable ride.

Public Transport (Bus)

From Dingle town center, you can catch a local bus heading towards Ventry. The bus stop is located near the Dingle Tourist Office on Green Street. Check the local bus schedule for the next departure. The bus ride will take you directly to Ventry village. Once you arrive, it’s about a 1-kilometer walk to Ceann Trá Beach. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions if needed.
