Walking
From Dingle's main street (Green Street), head towards the Dingle Harbour. Walk along the waterfront until you reach the junction with the R559 road. Turn left onto R559 and continue walking. Follow the road for about 3.5 kilometers. You will pass by beautiful scenery and farms on your way. Look out for signs indicating Kilmalkedar. When you reach Kilmalkedar, you will find St. Brendan's Oratory on your right, just off the main road.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Dingle. Start from the town center and cycle towards the Dingle Harbour. Follow the same route as for walking: take the R559 road, heading out of Dingle. The total distance is approximately 3.5 kilometers. Enjoy the ride as you take in the stunning views. Upon reaching Kilmalkedar, St. Brendan's Oratory will be visible just off the road on your right.

Check the local bus schedule at the Dingle Bus Station. Take the bus heading towards Ventry or Slea Head. Inform the driver that you would like to get off at Kilmalkedar. The bus will take you directly towards the area. After arriving, walk back a short distance on foot, and you will find St. Brendan's Oratory nearby.
