If you are driving, start on the R250 from any location in Donegal Bay. Follow the signs towards Letterkenny. As you approach Letterkenny, keep an eye out for signs for the town center. You will want to take the exit for the N56 towards Letterkenny. Continue on the N56 until you reach the roundabout, and take the third exit onto High Rd. The Donegal County Museum will be on your left. There is free parking available nearby.

Make sure to take a bus that stops at the Letterkenny town center. Once you arrive at the Letterkenny bus station, it is about a 15-minute walk to the museum.
