Once you arrive at Busaras (Dublin's central bus station), exit the bus and walk towards the Luas (tram) stop nearby.

At Busaras, board the Luas Red Line tram towards the Point Village. Get off at the Abbey Street stop (about 5 stops). From Abbey Street, walk towards O'Connell Bridge and cross the river. Continue straight on to Dame Street; Dublin Castle will be on your left.

Alternatively, if you prefer walking, from Drogheda, head to the train station and take a train to Dublin. Once you arrive at Dublin Heuston Station, exit and take a bus or walk to the city center. Walking from Heuston Station to Dublin Castle will take around 30-40 minutes.
