Getting there

Bus

From Drogheda, head to the Drogheda Bus Station located on the south side of the River Boyne. Look for the bus services heading to Dún Laoghaire. Confirm with the bus schedule; you will likely take the bus number 101 towards Dublin. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Dún Laoghaire, alight at the bus stop on George's Street. From there, walk south on George's Street towards the coast, then take a left onto Harbour Road to reach Dún Laoghaire Harbour.

Train

Walk to Drogheda Train Station, which is located on the north side of the River Boyne. Board a train heading towards Dublin (DART or Intercity) and get off at Dún Laoghaire station. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you exit the station, walk south towards the coast. Continue straight onto Harbour Road, and you will arrive at Dún Laoghaire Harbour in about 10 minutes.

Taxi

You can hail a taxi from any location in Drogheda. Simply tell the driver 'Dún Laoghaire Harbour.' The ride will take approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to verify the fare before starting your journey.

Walking
