Getting There

  • Walking

    From Drogheda Town Centre, head towards West Street and follow it north until you reach the junction with the M1 Motorway. Continue straight onto the pedestrian bridge crossing the River Boyne. Once across the river, follow the path to the left leading you to the bus station at Drogheda, where you can catch a bus to Dublin. Choose a bus that stops at Dublin Busaras (the main bus station) or anywhere close to the city center.

    Once you arrive at Dublin Busaras, exit the bus station and head towards the Luas tram stop (Red Line). You can purchase a ticket from the ticket machines. Board the tram heading towards The Point and get off at the Jervis stop. From Jervis, walk towards the river and cross over the O'Connell Bridge. Continue straight, and in about 10 minutes, you will reach Temple Bar. Meeting House Square is located in the heart of Temple Bar.

    From Drogheda Train Station, board a train heading to Dublin Connolly Station. Once you arrive at Connolly Station, exit and head towards the LUAS tram stop. Take the Red Line tram towards The Point and get off at the Jervis stop. From there, navigate towards Temple Bar by walking straight down to the river and crossing O'Connell Bridge. Continue walking straight until you reach Meeting House Square.
