Walking
If you are in the city center, start by heading to O'Connell Street. Look for the Luas tram stop at O'Connell/Landmark. From there, you can take the Luas Red Line tram towards The Point. Get off at the fourth stop, which is 'Smithfield'. After exiting the tram, walk straight ahead on Smithfield Square, then take a left onto the Oxmantown Road. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction with Arbour Hill. Turn right onto Arbour Hill, and you will find Arbour Hill Cemetery on your left.
Bus
From Dublin city center, head to the nearest bus stop. You can catch the number 83 bus from the stop near O'Connell Street (Bus Stop 2). Take the bus towards 'Clonsilla' and alight at the 'Arbour Hill' stop. After getting off, walk back down the road you came from, and you will see the entrance to Arbour Hill Cemetery on your right, just a short walk away.
Dublin Bikes
If you're comfortable cycling, consider using Dublin Bikes. Find a bike station near your location and rent a bike. Head towards the North Circular Road and continue until you reach the junction with Arbour Hill. Cycle straight down Arbour Hill, and you will arrive at the cemetery in just a few minutes. Remember to return the bike at any nearby Dublin Bikes station.
