    If you are at O'Connell Street, walk to the nearest bus stop on O'Connell Street (Stop No. 4). Take the bus number 123, which will take you towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Dame Street' (Stop No. 1126). From there, walk down Dame Street until you reach Dublin Castle on your left. Chester Beatty is located inside the Dublin Castle grounds.
