Getting There

  • Bus

    From O'Connell Street, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the 145 or 77A bus towards Dun Laoghaire. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop 'Grand Canal Dock'. From there, it's a short walk: head towards the Grand Canal Square and follow the canal path to your left. The Diving Bell will be clearly visible along the waterfront.

  • DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit)

    If you're near the city center, head to Pearse Station or Tara Street Station. Take the DART towards Greystones. When you reach the Grand Canal Dock station (about 2 stops from Pearse), exit and walk towards the Grand Canal. Follow the path along the canal to find the Diving Bell located on your right.
