If you are near O'Connell Street, take the Dublin Bus route 123 towards the 'Heuston Station'. Get off at the 'Temple Bar' stop. Once you disembark, walk a short distance towards the river Liffey and cross at the nearest pedestrian bridge. You will enter Temple Bar area, and Meeting House Square is just a few minutes walk from where you exit the bus.
LuAS (Tram)

If you are near the Abbey Street LuAS stop, take the Red Line towards 'Sandyford'. Get off at the 'Trinity' stop. From there, exit the tram and walk south on College Green towards Westmoreland Street. Cross the river Liffey at the O'Connell Bridge and continue straight until you reach the Temple Bar area.
