Getting there

DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit)

If you are near Dublin city center, make your way to the Pearse Station or Tara Street Station. Take the DART train towards Bray. The train will pass through several stops, including Dun Laoghaire. Disembark at Glasthule Station. Upon exiting the station, turn left onto the Park Road and walk for about 10 minutes. People's Park will be on your right.

Bus

From the city center, head to O'Connell Street and locate the bus stop for Dublin Bus. Take bus number 7 or 45, which heads towards Dun Laoghaire. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop 'Glasthule'. Walk down the Park Road for approximately 5 minutes, and you will reach People's Park on your left.

Walking

If you are near Dun Laoghaire, you can enjoy a pleasant walk to People's Park. Head towards the seafront at the Dun Laoghaire Harbour and walk along the promenade. Continue straight until you reach the main road, then turn left onto Park Road. The park will be a short walk ahead on your left.

Taxi/Private Hire

For a more convenient option, you can take a taxi or a private hire vehicle from anywhere in Dublin. Simply tell the driver to take you to People's Park on Park Road, Glasthule. The journey will take approximately 25-30 minutes depending on traffic.
