From Dublin city center, head to O'Connell Street and find the bus stop for the 40 or 220 bus routes. Board the bus heading towards Finglas. Stay on the bus for approximately 30-40 minutes, and disembark at the Finglas Village stop. From there, walk along the main road (Finglas Road) for about 10 minutes until you reach the entrance of Tolka Valley Park on your left.

Take the LUAS Red Line tram from any central Dublin stop towards The Point. Get off at the last stop, then transfer to the 40 bus towards Finglas. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at Finglas Village. Walk for 10 minutes along Finglas Road until you reach Tolka Valley Park.
