Walking
If you are near Trinity College, head south on Suffolk Street towards Dame Street. Continue straight, then turn right onto George's Street. Walk along George's Street until you reach the traffic lights at the intersection with Merrion Square South. Turn left onto Merrion Square South, and you'll find 4 Merrion Square S on your right about halfway down the street.
Dublin Bus
From O'Connell Street, take any southbound bus that stops at Merrion Square. Look for buses marked with routes 46A, 145, or 4. Ask the driver to let you know when to get off at Merrion Square. Once you disembark, walk towards the nearest corner of Merrion Square South, and 4 Merrion Square S will be directly in view.
DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit)
Take the DART from any station on the line heading towards Bray or Greystones. Get off at Pearse Station. Exit the station, and walk north on Westland Row. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Merrion Square South. Turn left, and 4 Merrion Square S will be just a short walk along the street.
Luas (Tram)
Take the Luas Green Line to the St. Stephen's Green stop. Exit the tram and walk north towards St. Stephen's Green park. From the park's south side, walk along the eastern edge of the park until you reach Merrion Square South. Turn right onto Merrion Square South, and you will see 4 Merrion Square S on your left.
Bike
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from a nearby Dublin Bikes station. Head towards Merrion Square, cycling along either Dawson Street or Clare Street. Once you reach Merrion Square, find Merrion Square South, and 4 Merrion Square S will be on that street. Make sure to follow the bike lanes where available for safety.
