Bus
From Dublin city center, head to O'Connell Street and locate the bus stop for the 27 or 56A bus. Board the bus heading towards 'Drimnagh'. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the stop 'Long Mile Road'. From the bus stop, walk south along Long Mile Road for about 10 minutes, and you will find Drimnagh Medieval Castle on your right.
LUAS (Light Rail)
Make your way to the LUAS Red Line tram station at Abbey Street. Take the tram towards 'Saggart' and get off at the 'Kylemore' stop. After exiting the tram, head west on Kylemore Road until you reach the intersection with Long Mile Road. Turn left onto Long Mile Road and continue walking for approximately 15 minutes. Drimnagh Medieval Castle will be on your left.
Walking
If you are near the Drimnagh area or have a leisurely day planned, you can walk to Drimnagh Medieval Castle. From Drimnagh Village, head along the main road, Long Mile Road, which will lead you directly to the castle. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from the village center, and you will see the castle clearly from the road.
