From Ennis, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on O'Connell Street. Take the Bus Éireann route 51 towards Galway. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Salthill stop. Once you arrive, you will be just a short walk from the beach. Head straight towards the coast where you will find the promenade and beach area.

Walk to Ennis Train Station, located on Station Road. Take a train to Galway, which typically takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Galway Train Station, exit and head to the nearby bus stop. Take a Bus Éireann route 401 or 404 towards Salthill. Get off at the Salthill stop, and you will be able to walk directly to the beach, following the signs towards the promenade.

From the center of Ennis, you can take a leisurely walk to the bus station, located about 1 km from the town square. Once at the bus station, take the Bus Éireann route 51 towards Galway. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. After disembarking at the Salthill stop, walk towards the beach and enjoy the scenic views along the promenade.
