From the center of Ennis, start at O'Connell Square. Head west on O'Connell Street, passing the Ennis Cathedral on your right. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, then take the first exit onto the N85 road. Follow the N85 for about 5 kilometers, where you will see signs for The Burren on your left. Continue following the signs for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the entrance to The Burren.

If you're renting a bicycle in Ennis, start from O'Connell Square. Ride west on O'Connell Street, then turn left at the traffic lights onto the N85. Stay on this road for about 5 kilometers, enjoying the scenery of County Clare. Look for the signage for The Burren, and take the left turn to follow the signs for about 2 kilometers to reach the entrance.

To reach The Burren by public transport, head to the Ennis bus station located on Station Road. Take a bus that is heading towards Lisdoonvarna or Doolin, as both routes pass near The Burren. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to get off at The Burren and follow any signage from the bus stop to the entrance which is a short walk from the bus stop.
