From Galway city center, make your way to the Eyre Square bus station. Look for the Bus Eireann service heading to Doolin. The bus will take approximately 1.5 hours. When you arrive at Doolin, you can ask the driver to let you off near the Doolin Pier stop, which is the closest to Doonagore Castle. From the stop, it's about a 20-minute walk to the castle. Head southwest on Fisher Street, then turn left onto the R478 road. Continue walking until you see signs for Doonagore Castle.
