Car
From Glendalough, head northwest on the R756 road towards the N81. Continue on the R756 for about 15 minutes until you reach the N81. Merge onto the N81 and follow the signs for Dublin. After approximately 30 km, take the exit for the M50 motorway. Continue on the M50 for about 10 km. Take exit 7 for the N4 towards the city center. Follow the N4 and merge onto the N1. Stay on this road until you reach Abbey Street Lower. The Abbey Theatre will be on your right at 26/27 Abbey Street Lower, North City, Dublin 1.

From Glendalough, take the local bus towards Dublin City. The bus stop is located near the Glendalough Visitor Centre. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride. Stay on the bus for about 45 minutes until you reach the bus station in Dublin. Once you arrive at the bus station, you can either walk or take a taxi to Abbey Theatre. If walking, head northeast on O'Connell Street, then turn left onto Abbey Street Lower. The Abbey Theatre will be at 26/27 Abbey Street Lower, North City, Dublin 1.
