Getting There

  • Car

    From Glendalough, take the R756 road heading northwest. Continue on R756 until you reach the T-junction with the R755. Turn right onto R755 and follow the road until you reach the village of Roundwood. Once in Roundwood, turn left onto the R115 and continue until you reach the junction with the N11. Merge onto the N11 and follow signs for Dublin. After approximately 25 kilometers, take the M50 exit towards the city center. Follow the M50 until you reach the exit for the R105 towards Howth. Continue along the R105 which will lead you directly into Howth. Once in Howth, follow the signs to the harbor area, where W Pier is located.

    From Glendalough, you can take a bus to the nearest train station in Bray. Look for the 183 Bus service at the main bus stop in Glendalough and take it to Bray Station. Once at Bray Station, take the DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit) train towards Dublin City Center. Stay on the train until you reach Howth Station. Upon arriving at Howth Station, exit the station and walk straight ahead towards the harbor area. Follow the path down towards the pier, where you will find W Pier.
