After approximately 3 kilometers, you will see signage for the Comeragh Mountains. Follow the signs, and you may need to walk an additional 1.5 kilometers to reach the entrance to the mountain area, which is located at Curraheen, Co. Waterford.

    From Kilkenny city center, walk to the Kilkenny Bus Station located on MacDonagh Junction. Take a bus heading towards Waterford. The journey takes about 30 minutes.
